As women, we’ve risen into leadership roles in environments shaped by gender biases and the male-centric archetype of leadership. With limited female role models and mentors, our leadership journeys can feel like navigating uncharted territory.

I’ve coached many senior women leaders, witnessing a common theme—clients unsure of why their confidence has waned, struggling with organizational culture, and navigating complex dynamics with other leaders. My own experiences in senior leadership roles were marked by similar challenges, motivating me to return to university to study this phenomenon in depth and provide the targeted support my clients need.
