eveofchange executive coaching began 10 years ago with a vision—a belief in the power of coaching to transform leadership, careers, and lives. I’m not typically one to look back nor celebrate milestones publicly. Somehow, this is different.
What a journey it’s been – full of twists and turns, and countless moments of growth, both personal and professional. Through it all, my husband, family and close friends have been right beside me—without them, this journey wouldn’t have been possible. Executive coaching is a path of reflection, awareness, and constant forward movement, fueled by learning. And I have been so fortunate to learn from some of the best.
To my executive coach colleagues and mentors at Royal Roads University, and to those who have generously shared their magic and friendship with me—Gordon Neufeld, Janet Wright, Lily Seto, Tessa Gaudet, Dr. Shayne Tayback, Patrick O’Reilly and Padraig team—you have given me more than I could have ever imagined. Your insights, support, and generosity have shaped me in ways I am endlessly grateful for.
And of course, to my incredible clients—who continue to inspire me every single day. Whenever I’m asked who I work with, my answer is always the same: smart and motivated leaders. You challenge me, teach me, and remind me why I love this work.
