Eveofchange is the creation of Eve Gaudet. Her background spans leadership in small business to global initiatives. After 25 years in corporate, public service and non-profit sectors Eve has found her joy in the success of others.
Known for her professional, caring and direct approach to coaching, Eve inspires her clients to make the changes they seek and reach their highest leadership potential. She works with clients in a wide range of industries and public service. She is also known for her leadership development work with women in senior leadership positions.
Eve is a certified Executive Coach with a Masters in Executive and Organizational Coaching through Royal Roads University, and is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation. She is Certified in DiSC, Systemic Team Coaching, Lumina Learning and Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team. Eve is a certified Mentor Coaching and supports new and intermediate coaches. Through her affiliations, with Padraig, Canadian Physician Support Company and Canadian Management Centre, Eve brings depth and breadth to the practice of coaching.
Janet Wright Med, PCC

For over 25 years, Janet has worked with individuals and organizations to build skills for growth and success, improving effectiveness in leadership, communication, performance management and team development. Her clients come from a wide range of industries; with her direct, logical communication style, Janet connects with leaders who are adept at the technical aspects of their jobs but would like help with their people responsibilities.
As an entertaining, approachable facilitator, Janet enables participants to focus on practical applications of proven techniques. As a coach, she creates a positive, supportive space that inspires new ideas and actions and builds confidence.
Her professional background includes leading Human Resources in hospitality, owning a consulting firm, mediating conflicts for the Alberta Civil Court and teaching psychology and assertiveness training at the community college level.
Janet holds a Master’s in Adult Education and Counselling and certificates in Executive Coaching and Conflict Mediation. She is certified in a range of assessment tools including DISC, MBTI, Workplace Motivators, EQi and SuccessFinder and as a facilitator of 5 Behaviours of a Cohesive Team.
